BillMaster is a free, offline billing software that runs entirely in your web browser. It stores data locally on your device and does not require any backend server or account.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

The accuracy of business information, product data, and invoices you create
GST compliance and tax calculations for your jurisdiction
Regular backups of your data using the Export feature
Keeping your device secure

4. Data Responsibility

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss due to browser clearing, device failure, or accidental deletion. We strongly recommend regular exports.

5. No Financial/Legal Advice

BillMaster is a billing tool and does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Please consult a qualified professional for tax and legal compliance.

6. Limitation of Liability

BillMaster is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this software.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
